Durham is a Solar Community. There will be an additional $100 monthly solar fee associated with select homes that have solar panels installed.  For those homes that have not completed the installation process yet, this fee will be added to your monthly recurring charges after installation has been completed on your home. We understand that you may have questions or concerns about the solar fee or anything else related to our community's solar initiative.
