Love my apartment it is nicely updated and the fixtures and appliances are well done. The maintenance team is incredibly nice and they complete work orders quickly. Hannah the manager is also wonderful to work with. One suggestion would be to add a doggie station by the front of the leasing office - there aren't any stations near that part of the property and I can tell people don't pick up as much here because of this. My only complaint would be the sound ... I know it is apartment living, I have lived in several apartments, and I work in apartments, but the sound carries between the floors. Before my old upstairs neighbor moved, I could hear her dog crying and barking all the time. I tried speaking to it through the air vent in the bathroom I could tell it heard me because the crying will stop for a while. I never complained because I knew the upstairs neighbor and her dog and she had told me she was aware of this and was trying to figure out solutions. Overall its a great apartment, good location and a real sense of community.
