No amenities as we were led to believe would be offered--no office suite, swimming pool, fitness center No kids' playground or safe area for them to play ball, skate, ride bikes No doggie park or waste stations No oversight of violation of rules such as garbage cans being left out, garbage being left at front doors, loud music, speeding, drag racing, parking on grass, sidewalks Management team not knowledgeable nor given authorization to actually resolve situations
