I have lived here for about 2 months, parking is a constant concern, and a 3 bedroom place with parking for only 2 cars seems like a little bit of an oversight. I can almost never get ahold of property management anymore and voicemails are not followed up. The property itself is nice enough; however, leaving the immediate vicinity has a neighborhood I don't think I would walk down in the dark. There are no amenities to speak of, unless trash pickup and lawncare are considered. Neighbors are great, no noise issues or conflict to speak of.

Sumner Village is an absolutely amazing place to live for individual professionals and families of all sizes! The neighborhood is extremely close to Park Circle and all the great activities in Charleston. Not to mention, these are some of the best neighbors and the best community management I've ever had! 10/10 great place to live for years to come.
