I lived here for just over a year with my fiancé and and 2 young sons. Location is great and the place is always clean. This is an extremely friendly community and the new staff is fantastic. The staff was super helpful with extending our stay by a few weeks when our new home wasn't ready. I highly recommend this community. It is mostly families and retirees and not no trouble tenants.

pretty content with this place. The surrounding neighbors outside of the community are unsettling at times and loud. People speed through the neighborhood and there really isnt any place for the kids to play other then in the street or at the pool. A field for the kids to be able to congregate instead of in the middle of the road would have been great. Neighbors blair music in their garage all night that’s attatched to the wall of our master bedroom and walls are thin. Its a beautiful community though and a great community to get acclimated too. The staff is friendly and so great with the kids
