the grove is great!! its so clean , staff are friendly , my neighbors are quiet.. only had 2 issues fhis whole year (thats great compared to other apartments ive lived in) . location is decent. 30 minutes from downtown , 20 min with traffic to IOP. and Carolina park/park west have tons of great coffee shops and retaraunts. Publix and costco down the road. you never have to leave the neighborhood if you don’t want to! tons of bike paths to run or bike on.

The Grove is like home. Very nice community staff is very friendly. The grounds are very clean and kept up. Amenities are great and I love my apartment. I have a great view and I feel like I’m kind of on a little island with the palm tree blowing. Very happy. I made this decision.
