Tyger Pointe

This is a Great place to live, it is close to stores and there are a lot of things to do in the area.

I've been here 3 years and rent goes up non stop have never had anyone to address issues with other than call centers and numbers are always changing companies are always changing there is also 0 amenities other than a cheap dog area and a couple picnic tables. They don't seem to care about tenants or keeping g tenants happy or in thier communities . They are robotic when they speak with you if you can actually find anyone to reach which is another challenge

Living here has been good for the most part slight issues with changes and increases but nothing out of the norm. Cookie cutter homes which you get what you pay for so as long as you know what to expect moving in its a decent place

Needs better customer service. You never get a call back or email back even when they say you will be contacted within 72hours. No amenities for kids.

I have lived in this community since it was built, I watched 80% of this neighborhood be built. The new staff with Quinn is totally competent, easy to work with, and looks out for the good of the community. The upkeep has improved tremendously since their acquisition and I look forward to continued progress and sustainability in upkeep of the property.

Hard to get repairs fixed. No control of loud neighbors.
