Our weight limit is 35 lbs and No Aggressive Breeds. There is a $150.00 pet fee (per pet) non-refundable and a $15.00 pet fee per month for each pet. Deposit amount is based on credit.

Need more amenities and update/fix the ones advertised. Neighbors are loud and smoke herbs daily. Office wont do anything.

Good Value

So far I've lived here since they first opened the doors. It's been a great experience living here overall. We're getting better value than neighboring and new apartments near by and the community isn't bad. When there are issues, they are quick to address them, which we greatly appreciate. The office staff are always nice and maintenance is excellent at tending to issues without wasting your time. Overall I like it here.

Not worth it

Theres hardly any parking. The gym is not a gym its just cardio. Office people are not very nice when you call for a simple question they also dont answer emails. Theres always noise at all times of the day. Maintenance people are very nice.

**Recommendations**

The apartment location is ideal with everything you could need close by. We have liked the convenience of everything being moments away. The apartment complex should invest in doing community involvements. It just feels as if they collect our rent and that's it. I feel as if there is a huge staff & resident disconnect. The apartment needs more dog trash cans in and around the complex. It would be just a tad bit more convenient. The price of the apartments I believe are just too much for what we are paying for. With all that being said, I would have to recommend this apartment complex to someone who is looking for a place to live.
