Generally a good experience and Value for the money paid. Have some small issues with the maintenance of the Barbecues , the Pools and the Gates ( which continue to a be challenge to maintain operational). I also feel the original owners went too cheap on the basic dishwasher and washing machine in terms of functionality and noise ( although I have had no operational problems with either appliance thus far). The apartments have little to no noise abatement between floors .Thus if you have a noisy tenant above you the sound permeates down to your apartment. I have had both experiences here. Finally there are people who do not pick up after their pets and although management is trying to control that .... it still continues. Perhaps a limit should be put on the size and number of pets a tenant can have . The club house is nicely designed but functionally limited and not widely used . I suggested addition of card tables, a better friendly way to use the AV system and perhaps even a pool table to enhance social gatherings. So far little visible progress in that area. The current management has started to sponsor social events and that is a good step in the right direction in my opinion. I applaud the current management as they are trying to improve things in many ways and I see the maintenance staff as working diligently to keep up with the never ending problems one can expect in revolving community.

been living here for almost 2 years with few complaints - good amenities, nice amount of space for the price, maintenance is quick and effective. the grass quickly floods when it rains, leaving weird algae pools in the dog park, but that's been my only complaint so far.
