Potentially a 5 Star Property

This place has the potential to be a premier rental community. Unfortunately it seems that ownership and management are not able or willing to put forth the effort and to make it so. The complex is in one of the best locations in Greenville. The property itself with proper maintenance and upkeep and some improvements could make this one of the best communities in town. Although the appliances, fixtures and flooring are up to date the cabinets could need some serious TLC or replacement in some cases. Grounds are not very well kept and are in need of a refresh. Management staff and maintenance are extremely friendly and personable but lack follow through. I have been a resident for 5 months and still have not had things rectified from my move-in sheet. So in summary it's a good place but could be a great place. So management if you're reading this come on invest in your property and instead of charging $1,200 a month for a two-bedroom you could be charging $1,600 a month for a two bedroom.

Review

So of the Utlities are a little outdated. Follow up on trouble tickets needs work as well, So far everytime a problem couldn't be fixed in one sitting and their was a follow up, I usually have to submit another ticket to remind you guys to come back. Other than that everything is wonderful! I think the staff does a great job, just lakcing in those areas.
