Community needs updated renovations

I have lived in this community since November, 2012. The location is very convenient to me. The maintenance staff does a great job of responding to all of my issues. The community and the apartments need a great deal of updating. For one who has lived in this complex for this number of years, one would think that I would be offered a few updates. For example, I would like to have a new sink in my bathroom because the interior of the current one is peeling. Additionally, the carpet is wearing very thin, especially in my heavily lived-in area. I would like ot have either new carpet or vinyl flooring.

Good location

It's in a good location ,but I feel like it's over price for what you pay for. Maintenance is nice and professional. It took awhile to fix leak in tub and water heater. The people in the office like Jennifer is messy sometimes and other ones are more professional to talk you. Apartment is nice and roomy.

Mid Level Budget

The rent is reasonable enough considering the age of building. I like the location and its access to the nearby lake.

This apartment is located in a very convenient location. Residents have easy access to I-385, other major thoroughfares, shopping and restaurants.
