Best staff to work with and friendly residents!

From top management down to maintenance, the staff here is very professional, kind, hard-working, understanding, and easy to work with. If you do what's expected of you, you have no problems at all. They try their best to work with you on any problems that you might have, and make you feel as if they will do everything they can to resolve the issue peaceably and to the benefit of everyone involved. Our neighbors made us feel at home and were very helpful when we had situation's arise that we needed help on - especially since we were new to the state and didn't know where things were in the area. My daughter lived there alone, and I felt safe leaving her there for weeks when I couldn't be there. The office staff were always kind to us and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Ashley has an amazing personality and is gifted in management skills and professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with her and truly feel like she cared. Jennifer was very sweet and did anything she could to help me with my financial questions. Meredith answered our questions to our understanding & was very kind. She made us feel like we weren't a bother anytime we asked a question or had a problem that we needed help with. The maintenance staff did an great job and were very kind and helpful. They did everything we asked and were ready to do more if we needed it. Every time we saw them riding by in their golf cart they would smile, wave and say hello. That shows you that it wasn't just a job to them. We are soon having to move because we have to go out of state, but we are not moving because of the apartment complex. Anywhere you live you're going to have good and bad neighbors. I try to live my life doing to others as I would like for them to do to me. It keeps situation's more peaceful, which gives everyone a better quality of life. I love the small town feel with any store we immediately need nearby, but the ability to go to many well known stores and restaurants within minutes.

the apartments are absolutely beautiful inside and out, wonderful view, beautiful pool, and very clean hallways and apartment area. very close to ALL popular stores and restaurants. everything here is amazing!
