I am a local to Greenville downtown since moving here in 2018. We love the location of our unit and most likely would rent to own if it became an option just because we like the walkable location to our downtown work and activities. We have been loyal and easy to work with, keeping a clean unit, respecting the property and paying on autopay. Although the location can be loud at times, we enjoy the downtown lifestyle unlike most that can only handle it for a short amount of time. There are no amenities here but gym and parks are nearby so they can be walked to. I would love to have option for secure bike storage for residents as we have a separate storage unit but it really isn't a big deal. Keep up the good work with keeping this place a great place to live. I feel like pricing is fair for what we get compared to other locations nearby. Thanks!

Love it on N. Main
