Good Energy in Greenville
I've been here over four months and am generally enjoying it so far. It's close to most everything, which does mean it comes with some traffic, but that's not the fault of the apartment complex itself. There's also the convenience of being by everything. There's plenty of parking, and the place is quiet--honestly, probably quieter than any other apartment complex I've lived in, which I really appreciate. The apartments are a little older, but the value and size that you get for the price in this area is incredible. It was kind of a no-brainer to move here. The staff is truly lovely and kind. Work orders get completed quickly. I haven't really used any of the amenities, but there are plenty here. I'm glad that I moved here. There's good energy.
Could be better
The staff is great. The parking is very limited in the 3 bedroom buildings. There are no designated parking spaces and some tenants have several cars. The is a car with no tags in one of our precious front parks. The apartment needs to be updated. Pool area is nice but often overtaken by people from the apartment complex next to Paddock Club apartments. Dog park is nice area and tennis court is nice and secluded. Apartments are spacious.
The Paddock Club Is Awesome
I love living here. Office staff is awesome as well as service, and its also really cool I live right by the dog park.
