Why Renters Love It Here

Good place to live

I like the apartment for the most part, but the next complex over can get a little loud at times. I also think that some units can use simple updates like adding a microwave. The staff members are great though which makes this a good place to live, and they take any concerns seriously especially involving problems with the apartments. Usually do not take long for them to reply to maintenance or pest control problems, and neighbors mind their own business.

Everything so fwr has been good only complaints are neighbors above stomp alot and have had dishwasher issues since ive moved in.

I've been here since March 2025. I have been pleased with my new apartment. I have not lived in an apartment since I was a teenager and I'm old now so this has been a big change. The amenities here are great even though I dont take advantage of them. My area is very quiet. I have a 2br 2ba and the apartment is the perfect size for downsizing. I do not feel cramped in my space. I have NO issues with the noise levels in my area. The staff know me by name and apartment number already which is impressive. Every interaction with the staff and maintenance has been a positive one. The staff here are amazing. I have one downfall, some of my neighbors leave their trash outside their door which is discusting, but that does not fall on the shoulders of the complex. They have sent notice this is prohibited and fines can and will occur.

My Recommendations

I have recently moved to this apartment complex in February 2025, from my experience over the past couple of months, one thing that I find disappointing is the parking. I have had multiple occasions where the parking area in front my unit is completely full. I believe that tenants that have multiple cars or guests visiting are taking up the parking spaces that can be used by others who live in the same building. Its a struggle especially when you have items to take in from the car such as groceries and you have to park two buildings away. My recommendation is that each tenant have 1 assigned parking space in front of their unit, the vehicle should be registered and recording by the main office so they can have a pass attached to the car for that specific spot. Then any additional vehicles from other family members, guests etc. should use a designated parking area close to the unit such as the middle parking areas in between units. This helps to alleviate the problem of tenants not being able to park by their unit when they arrive home on evenings which is especially the time the parking area is full.
