I love living here the staff and community are top tier like most things the rent does go up but the amazing landscape and attention by staff and maintenance are everything.

Expensive. Maintenance good. Laundry bad.

Rent is expensive but maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. However laundry area is not taken care of or maintained.

Good location but too expensive

This will be my 5th year here, maybe a price beak would be nice for long time residents. I see so many people come and go but that is probably your business model its a shame in this economy where prices are rising faster than paychecks
