Maintenance has always been great, they took time to know my dogs and now they can come and go anytime without me there. I was quickly taken care of when Helena flooded my apartment. They made it less stressful than it already was. Grounds are beautiful with lots of diverse trees, plants, flowers. Nothing is ever overgrown or messy. I keep a work van parked along with my personal and was never hassled or asked about it. It's quiet and people are respectful and keep to themselves, as I do. Thanks.

It is a nice place to live the parking is very convenient and the people surrounding me are very quiet and respectful also friendly the people in the office are very accommodating and always helps when I need them

We've been here for one week and have nothing short of an incredible experience with Howell Commons. Absolutely love it here. The staff are wonderful. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The grounds are well kept. The office staff are so kind. Really couldn't have landed in a better apartment complex.
