new valet trash
pretty messed up; with the lease renewals in 2023 the new "Valet Trash" will cost $25 a month instead of the $7 we now pay. And there's no "Opt Out" Option. Paying $25 a month is crazy, esp. since we alreay pay over $1300 (not including power or water bill) a month for a super crappy 1 room apartment (very old and outdated)

We just moved into our apartment last Monday. It is real close to everything. The staff is excellent and very helpful. They made us feel at home. We came from 5 bedroom home. This apartment is perfect for our needs.
