LOVE it here
Palmetto Place is a great place to live. It is pleasant, very well maintained, the landscaping is beautiful and very well taken care of and and it is central to everything. The office staff is great and the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and efficient and any issues are taken care of in a timely manner. i have lived here for almost 7 years and I have no intention or desire to move. This is my happy place! I would highly recommend Palmetto Place to anyone looking for a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms are spacious, modern and it's such a pleasant place to live!

Needed improvements
I've lived here long time. There has been several turn over in staff. Need more help with maint. For a senior the online communications is hard to stay up with. Littering by some makes appearance of property bad for all. For Seniors no ceiling on rental increases makes it hard to maintain along with the cost of living even higher. In times of emergencies need 24/7 access to help. 911 may not apply to the help that's need with property maint issues. But the staff couldn't be nicer when asking for help with health issues & helping when they can. Good hearted personnel!! They need more people to support them. One person is not enough especially trying to keep up with increase in people with maint issues! Need to find help that's willing to work. It's a problem all over now days!

Lived here for 2+ years. It's not the Ritz, but what apartments are. I couldn't have asked for a more affordable and centrally located place to live while I find a house.
