Clean minus people moving out that leave junk behind in trash compact area. Quiet, well kept. Modrn apartments. Great New maintenance group. Price comparable to other apartment places. Do wish the pool itself was bigger. Otherwise am happy here.

Maintenance will NEVER fix your things

Maintenance staff marks jobs as completed whenever they are never completed. They NEVER show up. There is one woman who currently has a fridge that doesn't work. She has made several requests and maintenance refuses to show up. Every time I leave a request it is marked as completed but is not completed. The only time anyone has ever bothered to come into this apartment, it was for a "quarterly check" and a pair of ray-bans were stolen. The sliding doors in the apartment has fallen on me 3 separate times. One of these times was right after they "repaired it"! If maintenance does bother to actually show up, they will not read your note of when to show up. They will show up while you're in the shower, etc. (a.k.a the most inconvenient of times...ever). The parking is very very tight. Just about everyone has a ding on their car. The walls are thin, and with being next to a main road it can get a little noisy. They also decided to suddenly increase the rent by $300 a month.
