I enjoy living here because it is well kept the yard are also well kept. It's relatively quiet. the area is great because it's quiet but all the places I need are nearby. The office staff are friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is great,

Solidly clean and relatively inexpensive. Occasional illegal smoke fumes, but not too bad. There's only one cat in the neighborhood. Constantly improving something.
