Amenities need an upgrade

This is a great area in Northeast Columbia. However the upkeep of the apt and the model of the inside of the apt are very cheap especially the doors I.e bathrooms and rooms. That change alone would make a difference. Also the model appt I was shown had black appliance and I still have OLD white appliance and a fridge that has dents In it
