Rented my property unseen and noted the cleaning crew failed dismally. Toliets were not cleaned and diverters in the tubs faucets made the showers in both bath tubs inoperable. Being disabled, kitchen cabinets with no knobs made opening them difficult. Ice maker, also, did not work. Being handicapped, there is only one handicap space that is available for parking. But, with all these issues, the management and maintenance crew came through rectifying all my issues to include the installation of knobs in the kitchen and allowance of parking in a hash-tagged area. The apartment is now ideal andI I thank you for your support.
