Maintenance staff awesome, although very over worked ! Office manager very unfriendly keeps her head down when ever residents walk in. Told me once before Hawthorn took over "why don't you just move out" no way to treat a long term resident. Staff has come and gone in that office because they can't work with her. Time to get new blood and friendlier staff in the office.
