I have been a part of the community for almost two years and recently transferred to MSL. The staff is professional and very helpful, and the community offers so many great opportunities; the building is well-maintained, and the location is prime. A great place to live.

No consistency with communication between staff members. No communication between residents and staff. Revolving door or "property managers". No records of any residential payments. constant miscommunication or no response, or extremely delayed response. Charged for parking when I always parked on the street or under the bridge. Move in day- wrong apartment keys and mail box keys.
