Appliances/plumbing CONSTANTLY malfunctioning. Way too expensive for the below par quality of the unit. Not allowed to have basically any decorations on your porch or they threaten to throw them out. Look elsewhere, trust me

There are ups and downs at this apartment building. They stress that tennants cannot rent out apartments and yet everyweek there are people coming in with weekend preparations and suitcases and those same people leave in a few days. These people that come and go are the ones smoking in the common areas by the pool and courtyard.

I have lived at Westchase for 1 year. Maintenance is wonderful - quick to respond and handle any need. Office staff is kind and responsive. Not much noise.

They did a half assed "smart" upgrade and now the sound of the keypads at the door is maddening. They also painted all the doors and part of the buildings an ugly blue that surely brings down property value. Raise your rent for no reason other than they can.
