Great location and amenities

I love living here for the location alone! The pool is amazing and so is the gym, but the saunas in the gym only work half the time which is annoying! The parking situation is not great, but at least there is a gated garage.. it’s just always full and the spots are super tiny. Overall, I would recommend element 29 to people. Pros and cons just like anywhere!

Element review

I love the layout of our apartments - it’s spacious and the windows allow lots of light. The downsides are the noise (from the highway) and not much insulation to avoid it, the noise from the brewery. Worse than all these is obviously the parking situation - we used to have 2 cars but since the restriction, only park one on-site. Despite this, I still have trouble finding a spot after coming home from work (at 730a, after a night shift). I think this entirely is unacceptable for an apartment complex still renting to people and not having adequate parking. Lastly, I understand there is a college nearby and thus a lot of college students here. We live here for location (near our hospital workplaces) so the weekly loud parties, people running drunkenly in the hallways, doormats purposely moved all around, vomit in stairwells is also unacceptable.

Pet Policy

Element 29 is an inviting, pet-friendly property. Dogs and cats are most welcome with some restrictions:  Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds. Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $300 due at move-in. Only one fee for 1 or 2 pets of $10 a month.
