We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Pet Rent is $20/month per pet. Pet Fee is $400 for the first pet and $100 per additional pet. **All pet fees, pet deposits, pet rent, weight limits, and the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment are subject to change at any time without notice and may be subject to certain restrictions. The staff at this property are very kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate their professionalism. However, there are serious issues that cannot be ignored. The noise level at night is extremely high, making it difficult to rest. In addition, residents of the apartment building across the street are throwing trash from their balconies. This behavior is extremely dangerous and unsanitary, and it creates a serious safety risk for anyone walking below. I strongly urge management to file a formal complaint with the neighboring apartment building "SKYGARDEN Apartments"and take immediate action to resolve this matter. These problems significantly impact the living environment and should be addressed without delay.

the "free" coffee machine is never working or full, AND is only open between 10-6 which if you work before 10am you wont be able to get any. The Gym is fine, they definitely need more free weights and space for people so that more than 2 people can be in there at a time. The appliances are older, and so they break down alot. You also have to prepare to set aside $15/ month just in servicing fees for JUST WATER. that you have to pay for thru the building reguardless. The Parking is soo expensive for what it is. The building itself is falling apart and just not worth any rent over $1300.

The Charleigh apartments are in the upper King Street area and close to so much that Charleston has to offer. The staff are personable and professional. Any concerns or needs are addressed and resolved promptly. Good floor plans and most with great windows and sunlight

a lot of kids that live here are CoC kids. sometimes loud, but a great location
