The open floor plan paired with a covered balcony makes this second floor unit inviting and comfortable- perfect for an extended stay. Want to have a stay at home meal? The well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining room allow for a nice night in and a slow morning. The unit features a master bedroom with a king size bed and attached full bathroom, a secondary bedroom with a queen size bed, and an additional full bathroom located in the hallway. For any entertainment or unwinding needs, the living room features a large TV and three-seater couch. Folly Road Retreat is not pet friendly. There is an assigned parking spot for 1 car, but additional parking is available next to the building. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator.
