Why Renters Love It Here
Everything But The Noise
Unfortunately, the floors are so thin you can hear people yawning and sneezing from the floor above you. And forget it - you'll be miserable if someone is a heavy stepper. I wish there was a protocol for rugs or something in the building so that it could diffuse some of the sounds. It's incredibly hard when people are up and at it at 6:30 am and you don't have to be up for work until an hour later. Other than this, everything else is tip-top.
fantastic dog friendly
i have been here one year and it has been amazing - the amenities are incredible and the fact that i can have two small dogs here safely with two dog runs and walking areas and a dog washing room - just so different from other places. The location is beautiful and the staff are unbelievably friendly and responsive. The fact that there are so many "dog people" here also helps to attract a nice friendly culture.
Wonderful Neighboorhood Feel
I've lived here less than a year and so far I love it! The location has such a wonderful neighborhood feel and the staff are wonderful. The facilities are always clean, people are courteous, parking is ample, and the staff is always approachable and reachable with any issues. It really is a great place to call home. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Amazing place
I am currently staying at the Lofts at Lyman Mill, and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the stylish and modern design of the apartment. The spacious layout and high ceilings gave it a luxurious feel. The amenities were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The bedroom was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the apartment windows. I couldn't get enough of the scenic surroundings and the natural light streaming in. The location of the Lofts at Lyman Mill was also fantastic. It was conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring that everything was taken care of. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Overall, my experience at the Lofts at Lyman Mill was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay.

I have been here 4 months - spectacular experience since day one - especially caters to dogs - clean with incredible amenities - quiet and very safe. An opening came at the perfect time for me. So lucky
