I am very new to Lyman. Cannot fairky rate everything yet. So far people ate very friendly. Amenities are amazing. Maintenance and manager are on site. Not sure yet abouf heat with such high ceilings and no ceiling fans to keep heat down. My bedroom is colder than the rest of the apartment Sound transfer through my ceiling is sometimes louder than I would expect. I wish they would recycle. Overall it is very good.

Unfortunately, the floors are so thin you can hear people yawning and sneezing from the floor above you. And forget it - you'll be miserable if someone is a heavy stepper. I wish there was a protocol for rugs or something in the building so that it could diffuse some of the sounds. It's incredibly hard when people are up and at it at 6:30 am and you don't have to be up for work until an hour later. Other than this, everything else is tip-top.
