Traffic, Safety
Occasional high rates of traffic speed (40+ mph) in common areas to both traffic and pedestrian . Suggestion: 1) Install removable speed bump at exit of the Garden building in Portsmouth, RI 2) Install removable speed bump at the right hand side side of the Tower Building, Portsmouth, RI. Place at the end of the concrete walk path to parking spaces. Cars do move fast at times and with many walkers, elders and kids to consider.

Old buildings but good leasing agents
Buildings were built a while ago with some potential issues but the leasing agents and maintenance crew are very good.
