Good Place to Live!
We really enjoy living here at East Bay Village! Staff are very friendly and maintenance do their best to help. They always keep the property clean. The buildings are a little tired, and could do with a face lift, especially for the amount of money we pay to live here. Hoping the rent price drops soon. Doors are thin and I have very noisy neighbors which is a drawback, but they are nice, so I would not complain. Overall, East Bay is our home, and we are fortunate to be part of a great community.
