Very grateful to live in such a great location. I find the office staff to be very helpful and pleasant. The grounds are beautiful. Maintenance gets to requests as quickly as possible and communicates well. The only negative is inconsiderate neighbors: smoking in their apartments, not finishing laundry and having to move their clothes, not picking up dog poop (that has improved). But that happens at the POAH property where my Mom lives and "regular" apartment complexes where my friend lives. It is hard to get people to stop.

Kings grant is a decent complex for what it is. The buildings are old, the floors creak really badly, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! And i mean EVERYTHING! There is a decent playground for the children to play at and a tennis court that i have not seen in use since 2002! I personally think it should be converted into a dog park. The lawn is maintained and the grounds are decent. A lot of bushes are overgrown and like mine i cant eben see out the window, which ive mentioned for over 10 years. The maintenance guys are nice! Kudos to Mike because hes such a cool guy! They work their asses off to maintain over 300 Apartments. The men work hard but the upgrades are cheap for the rent you pay here. The office staff is wonderful! They have always been nice and respectful to me even when ive run into hard times they always work with me to catch up on rent and i am forever grateful to have understanding landlords.

Office staff are great, friendly, professional and respond quickly. They care about quality of life and residents having a positive living experience. There is nothing that has happened that has not been handled. The grounds are pretty and you can walk to Quonset shops and bus stop. It is 80-90% quiet, which is unusual given how many buildings there are here.

King’s Grant, a quiet suburban community for families, is a one hundred fifty-six unit, garden-style apartment community at the gateway to the Quonset Point Redevelopment area in North Kingstown, RI. There are 61 one-bedroom and 95 two-bedroom apartments located in thirteen three-story, vinyl-sided, Mansard style buildings. King's Grant is pet friendly (contact management for information) and a smoke-free community. The beautifully landscaped grounds include tennis and basketball courts, a picnic area and a playground. There are also two parking spaces available per dwelling unit. Conveniently located near major roadways, the community is on a direct bus line, is adjacent to bike/walking paths and a shopping plaza. Onsite laundry and storage facilities are available. Located next door, the Essex Village is the Community Room holds up to 140 people (depending on room setup).  The spacious, air conditioned room is also furnished with a full kitchen, computer center with Wi-Fi and cable television.   It is available for residents to use for private parties, provided the space is booked in advance, with a refundable deposit.
