Two parking spaces are available per unit. Conveniently located near major roadways, the site is on a direct bus line, is adjacent to bike/walking paths and a shopping plaza. Onsite laundry and storage facilities are available.

The Community Room, which is located next to the rental office, holds 65 people with tables and chairs or 140 people without tables and chairs. The air-conditioned room is also furnished with a full kitchen and cable television.
It is available for residents to use for parties, showers, dinners, etc., provided the space is booked in advance, with a refundable deposit. Essex Village is proud to be part of RHF (Retirement Housing Foundation), a national non-profit organization.

Its a wonderful place. My only issue is a few choice residents have a lot of junk in front of their residence. Most create a beautiful entrance … take pride in the opportunity to garden and decorate their patio. Unfortunately, there is one.. not to mention any names that doesn’t! And you have to walk by it… not a good impression . Im leary about having guests over because thats the first thing they see. Its quite disturbing and embarrassing. Othwr rhan rhat, its a great place!!:-)
