Simmons Village I

The staff is absolutly amazing! They go above and beyond for their residents and are always happy to assist with anything you might need or answer any question you might have. Megan is absolutely wonderful!

I haven't been there in almost a year. It really taking to long to rebuild

Husband and I have lived here for 3 1/2 years. We like the access to highways. Access to grocery stores and restaurants. Building is kept clean, unfortunately some people think they can toss trash on floors. All in all a safe pleasant place to live.

I have lived here for about 6 years and I really like my apartment. It could use some updating as far as rugs and maybe the bathroom cabinet. Parking is not great, sometimes there is no spaces for the people who live here. There are times I wish we knew who lived here, you get the feeling that not all people are residents. The staff are great and maintenance is great. Before I would recommend Simmons Village to any one, I feel that they should address the items I have mentioned.

have lived here 3 years with minimal issues

I have lived here approximately 5 years and I do love my apartment. I would like some better rugs and appliances. I do have a couple of complaints. Sometimes it is very hard to tell who lives here and that is all I am going to say about that. Sometimes the trash bins are full with furniture or a mattress so you have to struggle to get your bag of trash inside. If you live here, sometimes you can't even park your car in front of your building because visitors park there. I have been to other places where there are signs for visitor parking. People from Bainbridge Apts. walk there dogs in front of the building instead of the sidewalk near the street. Very rude to have their dogs doing their business on our grass. The staff here is great and I am sure they are doing their very best to handle all complaints. This was a very good idea to let you know what complaints people have. Thank you
