wonderful staff

Jessica is a very efficient, professional and caring property manager. She has superb communication skills, fantastic follow up care and is always so pleasant and approachable.. Mark is also a very hard working efficient maintenance person. I have been doing property care and maintenance for over 30 years and I can honestly say you have a great team here. Management and Maintenance

I cannot say enough about Jessica. She is the best Property Manager we have had. She has fought to get Bainbridge cleaned up. It was really going down. The new pool, the exercise room and the new room they are going to renovate. She always pleasant and helpful. Bainbridge is coming back little by little with her help. The only thing I would love to see and I know a lot of people her are the decks. They are becoming very old from the outside look. Mark is always there for maintenance problems day, nights and sometimes late nights. He is extremely pleasant to all. Been here 8 yrs this month and will be here for a lot longer. As long as these two people are here!

Property Rating

Parking is often a problem, especially when work is being done on the property. Grounds in back of building 369 need work like the front of the buildings get. I'm not always impressed with the landscapers. Building needs to be pressure washed as it never has been in the 3+ years I've been here and the walls are full of mold, and since there is no spigot on the building I can't even do it myself. As for amenities, I would have rated it higher if it weren't for the lack of cable providers other than Cox. The lack of choice and competition in that regard is a real problem. Thank you.

Jessica and Mark are the best there is!!!!!

Jessica and Mark are a perfect team. They are both on top of their responsibilities and beyond. They know what is going on in our community at all times, I feel safe and respected as a human being and not just a tenant. Not particularly thrilled with the removal of carpeting in apartments as the floors do not absorb noise from apartments above (footsteps can be heard). But totally understand the purpose. Would like to know if we can get our recycle pick up again. Too bad we all have to suffer for people who can't follow the rules. Bainbridge Apartment Homes...…. Home is the key! I am proud to be a part of our community. It's my home.
