When i first moved up to 4 years ago that Cindy left the care and service has gone down the drain the security is not the same tenants that have moved in destroy the locks on the main doors and they fix them and the tenants againdestroy them which I believe people like that shouldn’t libe in the neighborhoods like this we need tonfeel safe where we live and the increase of rent probably wouldnt be so obvious because they leave and have left not had a pay the rent for months or have left the apartment filfthy and the old tenants have to pay the consequences of the hike in rent and the quality of service

My husband and I moved out in a rush back in May 2019 and made the mistake of moving in elsewhere that we way overpaid for and never had the opportunity to really feel comfortable or like it was “home”. After four and a half years of good and bad memories, we finally decided that it was no longer worth the headache of being there and decided to take a look at Wynnewood apartments. First of all, Gene was FANTASTIC. Such a nice guy and very honest and open. I didn’t feel like he was a “car salesman” if you get what I mean. We quickly decided that it was a great option and put in our application and got approved quickly! It was scary moving out of our first home but once we got in here and looked around, we realized that the four years elsewhere was practically a waste when we could have been living so comfortably elsewhere and so close by! Our dogs love the space to take safe and long walks with so much grass. There’s always a maintenance man doing work somewhere. Lawncare is regularly done and trash and recycling maintained regularly as well! Its awesome to see how all of our new neighbors get to make their balcony their own as well. It is so comfortable feeling like we are finally at “home”!
