Overall a decent place to live but property is getting dated

18 Grueling Months

When I found the apartments I was so excited to move in. Unfortunately, the move in was abysmal. The hot water never worked in my kitchen. The garbage disposal didn't work initially. The dishwasher didn't work. The washer didn't work. I had to put in work orders for all of these things, that should have worked on move in. The neighbors were mostly kind; until an apartment was rented out for a multi family. Their noise was so loud I could hear it from the top floor. Dealing with the staff was also extremely difficult. There had been a revolving door in people that worked at the property. Anytime I went in- I felt as if I was disturbing someone because no one was ever out to greet me. They also continued to threaten me with "one additional month of rent" for a myriad of items and concerns. I was extremely disgusted with the entire place by the end of things and I do my best to tell people to avoid this property.

Great Place to Live

I have lived at Wynnewood Park for over 4 years now and it is wonderful! The staff is very nice and they are very fast with any maintenance problem I might have. Great location for Reading/Wyomissing area
