Overpriced Dump

Would you like to live in a 60 year old building with mold, spiders, and a bunch of loud, unemployed neighbors? Then come on down to Berkshire Terrace apartments. Where the only thing higher than the rent are the residents. Start your tour with the trash chute that hasn't worked in 6 years, followed by a visit to the laundry room, where no one has ever learned to clean lint out of the dryer. And no visit to Berkshire Terrace would be complete without seeing the vast number of amenities. They include Hvac systems older than you are, parking not for you but your neighbors friends who dont "live" there but just " visit " 5 days a week , and an elevator that doubles as an amusement park ride for some of our "special" residents. What are you waiting for? Call now and you get not one, but a two month notice. Thats a $2000 value, all paid by you!
