Uncooperative staff

Got an apartment with food disposal not working Also put up a maintenance request for broken washer, they did not repair that even after I moved out. They need to hire more guys for maintenance work

Lived at Springside Manor for short term

I lived here for a short term ( 3 months lease). Although it was short I feel cheated as I applied for a lease for 3 months. I initially signed on July 1st then I was approved for 1452 but could not reach to apartment on July 5th because I was moving from the West Coast. Just because of that, they changed my lease and my rent went up by 250$ a month. Because I did not have any options I had to accept the rent. Please be aware of the rent increase once the lease is signed. Otherwise, Jim is doing well. The gym has broken equipment (particularly the treadmill) which was never repaired and found out from another resident it has been broken for 3 years. Apart from that the apartments are smelling weed. Need to improve on this.

Outstanding and timely maintenance

Just a note of thanks for the timely and outstanding maintenance provided by Perry and other members of the maintenance staff. Although replacing Venetian blinds would not be considered a "high priority," I was impressed by how quickly this maintenance request was addressed. In addition to that request - a second request regarding the bathroom was quickly addressed. The friendly and skilled maintenance staff is one of MANY reasons I have enjoyed residing at Spriingside Manor for decades!!
