Having lived on Beverly Court for decades, I had been lucky for having never experienced a late-night maintenance emergency. That luck ended on a Friday night around 10 o'clock when I heard the sound of continuous dripping from the kitchen sink area. Eventually I noticed water on my kitchen floor, so I called the emergency number. R.J. arrived and determined that the leak was coming from an upstairs line. He shut off the water and did the repair, and he came back Saturday morning to follow up with both apartments.. Everything appeared fine until on Sunday I noticed that some of the boards underneath my living room rug had gotten wet and pushed up the carpeting. I called the office and left a message as well as filing a Maintenance Request online. Because of that problem both R.J. and Sergio removed the old boards in the living room and replaced them with new wood. Finally, the old carpeting was replaced by a new rug. The installers did a tremendous job. Over the years when friends asked why I continue to live at Springside Manor I always replied - "Because I have always wanted to have 'Worry-free living.'" Nothing could be more "worry-free" than simply dialing the number for Springside Manor when I had a late-night emergency. My special thanks go to Kellie, Doaa, R.J., and Sergio

Got an apartment with food disposal not working Also put up a maintenance request for broken washer, they did not repair that even after I moved out. They need to hire more guys for maintenance work

I lived here for a short term ( 3 months lease). Although it was short I feel cheated as I applied for a lease for 3 months. I initially signed on July 1st then I was approved for 1452 but could not reach to apartment on July 5th because I was moving from the West Coast. Just because of that, they changed my lease and my rent went up by 250$ a month. Because I did not have any options I had to accept the rent. Please be aware of the rent increase once the lease is signed. Otherwise, Jim is doing well. The gym has broken equipment (particularly the treadmill) which was never repaired and found out from another resident it has been broken for 3 years. Apart from that the apartments are smelling weed. Need to improve on this.
