Needs work

There is only one elevator in service for 200 people. The other elevator hasn’t worked for over a year. The plumbing is old and leaks causing damage in certain apartments. The smoke detectors are so sensitive boiling water can set them off. Last week we had a fire alarm every day. One day it was 4 times. Many people don’t clean up after their dogs. The office is hardly ever open which is an inconvenience to those who have questions or need something signed. There is no social worker we can talk to.
