Royersford Apartments

Although the square footage of the apartment is not wildly large, it is designed and laid out very well. The space is clean, the building is kept up well, the staff was helpful for the one maintenance request I had in three months’ time. The view is amazing, and I enjoy the aesthetic of the entire building and stairwells as well. I have a washer and dryer in the unit. I am very happy to live here and feel it is one of the most unique spaces I have ever occupied. Thank you so much for having me as a tenant!

a great place for residence quiet, courteous and peaceful

I’ve already left a review a couple times. It’s a great place to live.

I like living here. Street parking isnt bad, i almost always get a spot right in front. Occassionally i have to park up the street but its like a 1 block walk. My apqrtment is super cool and the building is nice and taken care of. Its super quiet, i almost never see anyone or hear anyone at all. The management is super nice and willimg to make you happy in your home. However, i was promosed miltiple things would be renovated in my apartment prior to moving in. After 3 months it seemed like they forgot or never intended to fix it. But after I reached out they immediately solved the issue and did a great job. Rouersford is quiet but the downtown is quaint and this building is walking distance too all the shops and restaurants. I never hear traffic and the street and side streets are safe. Great building smd great apartment!

The garbage needs a different place or yall need to let people know that if it forsn fit in the dumboster then it can NOT be placed on the side. The trash people do not oick that up and it gets slowly bigger and then starts to block our car spot
