Rent too high, no amenities
Rent skyrocketed and nothing to show for it. Waiting 4 months for a new A/C unit and kitchen burner. Replaced old burner with an even old burner that doesn't heat.

The only problem I have is, windows need to be cleaned and the smell of dog poop around by the door on the second floor. My apartment needs fresh paint
