Its been a great experience really, theyre so understanding, so kind, and extremely helpful when it comes to literally anything. I wish i could live here for many years to come. My babygirl was born into this home and its the only home shes ever known and loved <3. I love it here!

Laura is great, units are great for price, location is great. Take 724 to Phoenixville or hop on 422 a quarter mile away.

Heat and hot water randomly go out without any explanation- always nice to unexpectedly step into an ice cold shower in the morning or wake up to find out your heat stopped working overnight in the middle of winter. Maintenance has been hit or miss. Sometimes they are responsive when i’ve reported issues and sometimes they aren’t. I once had a water leak in my ceiling for over a month before they finally fixed it, and only aftet I contacted them several times. Parking lot is full of cars that don’t have parking stickers and in some cases don’t even appear to be operable. As a result I find myself having to park farther and farther away from my building. Building frequently smells like marijuana. I’ve lived here three years and overall it’s gone downhill significantly the past two years or so. I do not plan on renewing my lease and would definitely not recommend this place to someone else.

Not worth the rent at all and no amenities Highland Manor is not the apartment building but Valley View have is worth it!!
