Great place to live!

Have lived here for more than a year now. Great value for money. The staff is great and maintenance is performed on demand! The parking situation is good too. Probably the only downside is the amount of road noise coming from Forbes Avenue (especially due to the closeness of the intersection signal). But hey, this could be fixed with better window panes!

Noise is too much to handle

I've been living in the Walnight on Wightman units since the July 2021, and I really appreciate its location, amenities, and the Walnut Capital staff. However, this is the least soundproof house I have ever lived in; from my bedroom on the second floor, I can hear every word spoken in the third and first floors. The sound of my housemate's footsteps and desk chair rolling in the room above me keep me awake at night and make it impossible to get any peace and quiet in my room. They are just walking around as normal, however, it sounds like there is nothing but a piece of plywood between their feet and the top of my head.
