We love our pet residents! All pets must be registered with management and a pet addendum completed at lease signing. Resident agrees to a onetime $250 pet fee per animal and a $30 pet rent per month for each pet and agrees to follow the terms and conditions presented in the Pet Addendum. The following breeds are prohibited, Pitt Bull, German Shepard, Doberman Pincher, Chow and Rottweiler. We only allow cats and dogs. Walnut Capital reserves the right to add and/or delete to this list at any time. We allow both cats and dogs and have a weight restriction of 100 pounds per animal. There is a two-limit pet per apartment home.

I have lived here for almost 4 years and I do like the location, but not the traffic, which has definitely increased a lot over the years. I dislike the cars parking in front of the entrance/exit in our parking garage when they partially or fully block the entrances trying to drop of food or people I live in one of the only 2 loft apartments and my huge windows face the dog exercise area and alleyway and residents & their friends can be very loud especially on weekends & holidays especially very late
