The apartment is a great size. Staff and maintenance are fabulous. Very quick to resolve any issues.

The apartment is cozy and has all the appliances we would need, but including utilities, it is very expensive. Noise is also a problem sometimes with upstairs neighbors.

My daughter and her 2 roommates share an apartment. They LOVE the space. The apartment was so clean and in wonderful condition. Any issues, such as the water heater started leaking, were addressed by maintenance immediately. The help while moving in was unexpected and truly appreciated! The girls are renewing their lease for another year. A wonderful first off-campus apartment experience!
