We really like living here. Great location.
City Living
The apartment itself is great; the staff is very warm and helpful. There are rarely any options for parking, which makes it hard to get around and have guests. The walls are quite thin as well from unit to unit. The outside noise is minimal for being in the city. I love the double gym! It is always clean and able for use. I think the price for the unit(s) is/are quite high, but so are the rent prices everywhere these days. Package order and pickup is very smooth and convenient.

I do like living here very much and would recommend it to others. I've lived here nearly a year. I wish it was less difficult finding parking when groceries are delivered and/or the need to load a car arises. There's no place on Penn Ave for that to be easy. My biggest complaints are 1) the package room is badly organized. It would be helpful to have someone attend regularly to the many packages strewn all over the room; and 2) the smell of weed is constant and really annoying. You can't step out of your apartment without getting a contact high! It's the first thing visiting guests mention when they arrive in our building.
Hard to get groceries to apt.
Parking is hard: Very hard to ever have a parking space just to unload groceries, Usually have to cart them at least 3blocks,
