I've lived in this apartment complex since 8/7/24. In general, the PGH city life is nice but expensive especially utility cost. Often times, there are noises from upper floor and Penn Ave during nighttime.

I have lived here for almost two years. I love it. Everyone who works here is excellent, and there is plenty to do with all the amenities available.

A pretty terrific place to live

I love living here. There is everything I need right at my doorstep. East Liberty/Shadyside is a wonderful neighborhood with so much to do. The building is clean and excellently maintained. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and very on the ball. Plus, all the amenities that the bldg offers....who wants bagels every Saturday morning? Party room? Gym, Laundry service, study areas, bbq, deck, and excellent proximity to terrific restaurants in the hood. What else do you need in a place to live?
