I have lived here for almost 2 years. Its a great place for couples, post grad people, etc. As a student theres a good area for studying/taking meetings but theres defintely more affordable places to live. The gym and cafe is very convenient.

I've lived in this apartment complex since 8/7/24. In general, the PGH city life is nice but expensive especially utility cost. Often times, there are noises from upper floor and Penn Ave during nighttime.

I love living here. There is everything I need right at my doorstep. East Liberty/Shadyside is a wonderful neighborhood with so much to do. The building is clean and excellently maintained. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and very on the ball. Plus, all the amenities that the bldg offers....who wants bagels every Saturday morning? Party room? Gym, Laundry service, study areas, bbq, deck, and excellent proximity to terrific restaurants in the hood. What else do you need in a place to live?
