Fantastic Apartment

The building is beautiful. I don’t hear noise from any neighbors. Most staff are pleasant with the exception of one that comes to mind. The location is right in downtown so its hard to really beat. It has no parking of its own but there is a garage nearby you can apply for monthly parking. It has reduced rates for those who live in downtown. The gym is good enough to meet the average gym goer’s demands with a nice arrangement of machines. It is limited in free weights with no bench press/squat rack/deadlift station to work with for heavier free lifting.

Clark Building

I've lived here quietly for three years. I don't require much to stay happy. That being said, the staff in the office are terrible. They treat any concern or question with utter contempt (if you can even get a hold of anyone.) They are disorganized and lazy. I will not stay in the building past this lease.
