  • We love our pet residents! All pets must be registered with management and a pet addendum completed at lease signing. Resident agrees to a onetime $250 pet fee per animal and a $30 pet rent per month for each pet and agrees to follow the terms and conditions presented in the Pet Addendum. The following breeds are prohibited, Pitt Bull, German Shepard, Doberman Pincher, Chow and Rottweiler. We only allow cats and dogs. Walnut Capital reserves the right to add and/or delete to this list at any time. We allow both cats and dogs and have a weight restriction of 100 pounds per animal. There is a two-limit pet per apartment home.

Great place, except for the dog area

The place is awesome. Great value, the kindest maintenance staff, cozy, and amazing neighbors. The only hiccup for us is the dog area: it is supposed to be for residents, but everyone around the neighborhood can enter, despite the "private property" signs. When you have chill dogs this is fine, but when you have small dogs that are a little reactive, it is an inconvenience; we feel we are paying for a dog area that we seldom use because it is always filled with people and dogs that are not residents.
