If you’re looking for the perfect location in Shadyside, you just found it! The building sits at the corner of Elmer and Bellefonte Street, just one block away from Walnut Street, where all the action is. These apartments have that historic charm that Shadyside is known for. A well landscaped courtyard, original hardwood floors, and authentic fireplace mantles give the space tons of character. But don’t worry, we’re not using the term “character” to describe an old apartment that hasn’t been updated in years. The interiors include new kitchen appliances, renovated bathrooms, and modern light fixtures (although, these apartments are known for their abundant natural light)!

Highly Recommend

I've lived here for about six months, and it's a great apartment. You can't beat the location being so close to Walnut Street, but it's far enough removed that the noise isn't too bad. The windows provide a lot of natural light, and the amount of space and full kitchen is amazing. The community has been kind, and the maintenance staff has been great.

It's a great place to live!

I just arrived in Pittsburgh in September and will only be living here until June, but so far I have Loved it on Elmer St. The apartment is beautiful and the location is absolutely amazing! We are so close to Walnut St. and all of the amazing restaurant options available. I always feel nice and safe walking around the neighborhood and I have met a lot of nice people. It's also not to far from several bus stops which is great when getting around without a car. The only cons are that there was a bit of maintenance work needed when I got here. The dishwasher especially has not been the best. But the maintenance staff is nice and answer your request timely. It wouldn't hurt if there was more than one washer and dryer in the basement as well for all 6 apartments to share. If you have a car beware of parking because it goes quick. But I definitely recommend living here especially compared to some other housing options I've seen!
