I have lived at the Bayard School for over a year now. It is super clean, the staff is cery friendly, and it isnt overly large. The only downside is that there are not any amenities with the place besides parking (huge!) however, this makes rent cheaper for the area which is appreciated. Couldn’t recommend a better place to live in such a nice neighborhood.

I have lived here for 3 years. The unit is updated with laundry, dishwasher, and all the great features! This apartment building is so close to everything in Lawrenceville! The staff is great and always fast to fix anything you need!

Following its days as a school, the building experienced several different uses. Vacant since the 1990’s, the school has been lovingly restored into 11 modern lofts with historic accents.
